As the former CEO of Dashl, Arbilina drove the expansion of a leading beauty-tech company into European markets and launched a vegan beauty line. Maggie

Maggie Bolger, visionary doer and CEO, specialises in family-centric spaces and intuitive design. With 20 years of experience, Maggie has launched and scaled innovative businesses, blending physical and digital environments to create impactful, family-orientated ventures. Her expertise in early education, concept design, and sustainability drives her mission to reshape the future of family spaces.

Shaline – Does Strategy

A tactical force in marketing, communications, and leadership, Shaline helps individuals and organisations unlock their full potential. As the founder of three purpose-driven ventures, she amplifies marginalised voices and drives meaningful change. Alfie – Does Food

With over 15 years in the culinary industry, Alfie is a master of food development and operations. Now working with The CFD, he helps clients refine menus, develop standout culinary concepts, and streamline kitchen systems for seamless execution.
